FRIDAY FAVORITES ❤

Happy Friday, friends! I'm back today with an installment of Friday Favorites which, I actually haven't done in forever. When did I become so bad at this?! 🙈 Regardless, I've made it happen today and I can't lie...I'm feeling pretty proud of myself for 2 posts in a row. (You can find yesterday's post HERE in case you missed it.) So settle in for some of my most random favorites from the past few weeks.

I think I mentioned this one last year but I feel like it doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Last Christmas is one of my favorite new Christmas movies. When you watch it the first time, I can pretty much guarantee you won't see the ending coming. It's funny and sweet and will make you cry. It's everything I need in a movie.

And if you aren't in the mood for a rom-com, be sure to check out Office Christmas Party. This one is not romantic in any way but is hilarious, crude, and not something you'll want to watch with your kids (or parents) in the room. 🙈

But seriously...so funny. Your husbands will love it.

The Santa Suit was super sweet, super adorable, super predictable but so perfect for Christmas. Mary Kay Andrews never disappoints and this would be a great one to pick up during this next week. I (as always) listened to the audiobook while I was driving, doing laundry, working, cooking...all the things...and the narrators were great.

When newly-divorced Ivy Perkins buys an old farmhouse sight unseen, she is definitely looking for a change in her life. The Four Roses, as the farmhouse is called, is a labor of love―but Ivy didn't bargain on just how much labor. The previous family left so much furniture and so much junk, that it's a full-time job sorting through all of it.

At the top of a closet, Ivy finds an old Santa suit―beautifully made and decades old. In the pocket of a suit, she finds a note written in a childish hand: it's from a little girl who has one Christmas wish, and that is for her father to return home from the war. This discovery sets Ivy off on a mission. Who wrote the note? Did the man ever come home? What mysteries did the Rose family hold?

Ivy's quest brings her into the community, at a time when all she wanted to do was be left alone and nurse her wounds. But the magic of Christmas makes miracles happen, and Ivy just might find more than she ever thought possible: a welcoming town, a family reunited, a mystery solved, and a second chance at love.

I mean...is that not precious? I do love a good love story. ❤

Ok, so for the record these weren't purchased this week like this title implies. But I've been wearing them nonstop for a few weeks now and I'm obsessed.

These gold huggies are my go-to at the moment. They are perfect for any occasion--workouts, errands, nights out, or even sleeping. You can't feel them when you're sleeping which I love. I've also showered dozens of times with them and there is no tarnishing whatsoever. They would make a great gift!

I picked up this adorable little "love" necklace at the same time and I never take it off. Super dainty and sweet.

You can see the size of both in the picture below.

Two things when it comes to sales this week.

1) One of the biggest sellers with you girls is Colleen Rothschild skincare so I want to make sure you know when they are having a sale! I've been using this line for years now and you know how much I love the Cleansing Balm and all the other magic potions they have created. Today you can get 50% off select items (here) and then 20% off everything else with the code REDHOT!

Need help? Grab the Discovery Kit!! It is the best way to start and it's on major sale right now!

2) Modere is having their very last sale of the year and it is a good one! New accounts will save AT LEAST $20 plus get some freebies and existing customers---y'all know I've got you! I can save you at least $10 on any Trim collection and get you freebies but you know I can do better than that! Check the post here (scroll to the bottom) for details and as always, message me for help! That's what I'm here for!

Stop putting off things that will improve your life. Do things that will make you happy TODAY. Start working TODAY on those goals. Do it for you. Decide to commit. Make the changes. Show up for yourself every single day. And in a month, 6 months, a year from now...you'll thank yourself for finally starting. That glow-up is REAL. Get in on it!

This week we tried a new recipe and Mason, my not-so-little-anymore sous chef, wanted to help make it. This was the Shrimp Bruschetta Pasta with Cream Sauce from Home Chef and it was so so good.

Ok, this might be one of my favorite purchases ever. I found it in a random boutique in downtown Mckinney last week but you can grab it HERE. This top is insanely soft, a little oversized but not to where you need to size up or down and so comfortable you could sleep in it. I got it in a small in this plum color but I found it here in white and black too. You won't regret it.

I've been wearing these festive little Christmas PJs a lot lately. They fit TTS (wearing an XS but when in doubt, size up) and keep you warm without making you hot. (Hot as in the temperature of your body and also as in "hot"...these are not sexy pajamas, girls. 😂) They come in 2 other prints too.

My Mama Claus sweatshirt is on repeat over here. It's my go-to when I'm cold or need to throw something on over my workout tank. I don't know if they've stopped selling this one for the season already but they have a TON of other super cute options you can wear year-round too.

I grabbed this little top on a whim at Target the other day because we all know you never leave Target empty-handed. 😉 Part sweatshirt, part pretty little top. The perfect combo and it comes in other colors AND is under $18 right now.

And that's about it for today, friends. Short and sweet but at least I showed up. ;)

Have a great weekend!!
