A Little Bit of Lately.

Hey friends!  Today's post is just catching up on life around here lately!  I realized I hadn't even posted about Halloween or anything!  And then I looked through my pictures and realized I barely took any!  But I do have a ton of other random snapshots of life lately.

Like homework.  (We still love our little homework caddy I made a few months ago!)

I've been SUPER busy with orders!  (Find my shop here).  Love this pretty purple!!

While I was waiting on my parent/teacher conference to begin last week, I sat out in the hall in a tiny chair admiring my new booties!  I didn't realize how badly I needed a pair of low heeled booties.  These are so comfy and have cute zippers on both sides of each shoe.   They also come in several colors and are on sale for under $70 (50% off!!).  These are the Dark Taupe Suede.

I'm somewhere between a 7 and 7.5 and I ordered the 7.5.  I probably could have gotten away with a 7 but the 7.5 is fine.

The boys both got great reports from school which is always good to hear.

And then it was Halloween.  I posted these pictures from past Halloweens on Instagram and in my Facebook group, and then pretty much forgot to take any pictures of this one.

Mason had to wear a helmet for his flat head when he was a baby.  For the record, his head is still flat.  #ohwell

This picture was taken in our culdesac back when 3 out of the 7 of us moms got pregnant within months of each other.

That's Matthew rounding out the crying gang in front.  ;)

My sweet tiger cub.

And here are my sad pictures from this year.

Mason went as some sort of ninja.  Again.  He just wanted a sword.

Matthew was a "Halo guy".  He has no idea what Halo is.

And I found this one of Matthew from his 2nd Halloween.  Isn't he the cutest little sock monkey?!

Over the past week or so we've wrapped up Matthew's baseball season...

And Mason's.

We attended the school's Bicycle Rodeo last week.  Everyone had helmet and bike checks, they rode through an obstacle course and got free snow cones.  #onlythereforthesnowcones

This weekend, my parents came into town just for a quick 24 hour visit.

The boys LOVE the little Ninja Warrior place by our house so we took them there on Saturday afternoon.

Matthew has been complaining about his back hurting lately so he tapped out after about 15 minutes.  I'm hoping its just sore muscles.  I'm going to give it another day or two to see how he feels.

Mason was my little monkey.  And he got smacked in the face with a dodgeball at one point, cried and then went right back to dodgeball.

I have no doubt he also hit someone in the face with a ball.

After the Ninja place, we went to the boys favorite restaurant.  Chilis.  #chickennachosforthewin

The next morning we decided to try out the new Hat Creek Burger Company.  It was a gorgeous day.  Sunny, breezy and warm.  The food was great and the boys loved the playground.

Aren't my parents cute??

They don't look happy in this picture because they downed their milk in 2 gulps.

So that's what we've been up to lately!  Yesterday, I decided to try to document my very first Day in the Life post and y'all---my life is so BORING!!  I'm not sure that post will ever air.  ;)  We'll see.

Have a happy Tuesday, everyone!
