Friday Favorites #69.

It's Friiiiidayyyyy!!  And we have a 3-day weekend after two exhausting weeks of getting back in the swing of things with school so this mama is pumped!  (To be fair, most people are pumped for 3-day weekends though, right?  Ha!)

Today I'm linking up with my girls Andrea, Erika, and Narci for another list of Friday Favorites!

Here we go!

I posted this on Instagram last night and it was just too darn good not to repost here.

Ok.  I get it now.  Continue.

I am obsessed with these lounge pants.  I know I say that about a lot of things but seriously.  I have picked up at least 8 pairs of these from boutiques and Amazon over the past few years and in the fall and winter, if I'm at home, I'm in these.

Right now you can get these HERE for just $14.99 but--the deal is going to end today!  So if you want them, grab them now!!  If in doubt on sizing, size up.  Half of mine are in a medium and half are a large but both sizes seem to fit the same

With these, I would say to go by the size chart but if you are between sizes (like if you're a 4/6) I'd personally go with the Medium.  No one wants skin tight pj pants right?

On another note, there are so many fakes of these out there, especially on Amazon.  I made that mistake once and even though the ones that came in were cute, they didn't fit exactly the same way as my normal ones did.  So I found another seller and ordered from them and they were the ones I love so much.

Find the Amazon ones HERE.  (Seriously, beware of dupes in these!)  You definitely need to size UP on the Amazon ones!  Also, the blue and white striped ones are made of a terry cloth material which I didn't care for so I wouldn't recommend that pattern.  I think the rest are the normal, super soft, material though so go for those.

These are one of my faves from Amazon and right now you can get them for just $12.99!  Most of the other styles are around $27 so this is a great deal!  Also, they say to handwash but who has time for that?!  I throw mine in the washer and dryer because I just don't care and they have held up fine.  Just remember to tie the tie before you throw them in or it'll fall out.

Find these for $12.99 HERE

These are long so most tall girls, you will appreciate that!  I'm 5'5" and they drag the floor but I love that.  It feels cozy.

Remember that Amazon pricing can change in an instant so I'm hoping by the time this is published, those prices will still be correct!

YOU NEED THESE, LADIES.

I picked up this little book light for cheap this week because Matthew lost his other one.  He loves to read in bed and he thinks these little lights are cool which makes him want to read more.  So I call that a win all around!  It IS a pretty cool light.  You just tap the button to turn it on and you can change the light setting to 3 different ones.  Plus its rechargeable.

I am kicking myself for not taking a picture of it yet but I will today and slip the pic in here.

Speaking of my boys and books, I've had some requests for recommendations so here are a few.

Quick sidenote:  My boys are in 5th and 3rd grades and most of these are good for any grade around that.

Matthew loves the Wings of Fire series.  He started reading these last year in 4th grade.

The beginning of a thrilling new dragon saga-- now in paperback!

Clay and his friends have grown up under a mountain, secretly raised by the Talons of Peace to fulfill a mysterious prophecy. The five young dragons are destined to end the war that's been raging between the tribes of Pyrrhia -- but how they'll do this, none of them knows.

But not every dragonet wants a destiny. When one of their own is threatened, Clay and his friends decide to escape. Maybe they can break free and end the war at the same time -- or maybe they'll risk everything ...

Not exactly my cup of tea but he likes.  ;)

He is also really into The Secret Zoo series.

Something strange is happening at the Clarksville City Zoo. Late at night, monkeys are scaling the walls and searching the neighborhood—but what are they looking for?
Noah, his sister Megan, and their best friends, Richie and Ella, live next door to the zoo. Megan is the first to notice the puzzling behavior of some of the animals. One day Megan disappears, and her brother and their friends realize it's up to them to find her. Their only choice is to follow a series of clues and sneak into the zoo. But once inside, will they discover there's much more to the Clarksville City Zoo than they could ever have guessed?

And just this week, he asked me for the first book in the Books of Elsewhere series.  I read about it and it sounded a little scary to me but he started reading it in his classroom and wants to be able to have it at home too.  He was so excited to get this book!  I'll skim through it before he starts just to make sure it won't be something that will keep him up at night.

As for Mason, it is a struggle to get him to read.  He just doesn't like to sit still long enough.  He'd rather be wrestling or running or jumping on the bed.  But he does love the Hardy Boys books.

When in doubt, make it fun for your kids and get them a book light!  ;)  They'll think it's pretty cool.

My favorite bra ever...EVER...is on sale right now for 40% off!!  I grabbed one in the NSale after everyone and their mama raved about how amazing it was.  And since I hate to be left out, I wanted to know what the big deal was.  I ordered one and within 5 minutes of trying it on I was back on the computer ordering it in another color.  I'm not exaggerating.  Five minutes flat.

It's buttery soft, lightly padded and molds to you to give you an amazing shape.  It's not a push-up or something that will make you look bigger than you really are.  But I don't need any of that.  I just want coverage, comfort and a pretty shape.  And this does all of that PLUS it has goregous lacy straps.  ;)

And right now you can get it for 40% off!  When a $72 bra is perfect AND 40% off, you take advantage.

Undies can be found HERE and were purchased during the Sale.  Some colors may be sold out now.  These are equally amazing and soft by the way.

Speaking of the Nordstrom Sale, these booties are one of my favorite scores and right now they are also on sale for 40% off.  You will LOVE these!!  I got mine in the caramel color but they are so cute in grey or black too.

Other sale items include:

These double hoop Gorjana earrings that are 50% off!  (Under $30!)

These Kut from the Kloth bootcut jeans (that I also got from the sale) are now 33% off which makes them under $60.  I am a big fan of bootcut and flare jeans.  If you have a butt or hips, they will balance your figure out so much better than skinny jeans.

But if you're more of a boyfriend jean kinda girl, be sure to check these out.  Also on sale for under $60!

Shop the full sale here!  40% off of so many great things through Sept. 9th!

This cute (and very true) tee only has one more day left before it's gone but right now you can grab it here for just $14.99.  For all my fellow Starbucks lovers, this one's for you!  And your friends!

It comes in several different colors too.  But make sure you head on over if you want it.  It'll be gone soon!

For more great deals and fun finds, be sure to join my Facebook group!  I'll be hosting a Giveaway over there exclusively.  I post a TON of great finds all day long.  It's basically like one big Friday Favorites list except it's every day.  Fun!!

That's it for today, friends!  I'm off to do some truck shopping with the hubs today so the FB group will be quiet until I get back from that.  We've been down to one vehicle for a week now because Craig's truck finally crapped out after 200,000 miles.  That truck was his baby and he did not want to let it go.  He even talked about fixing it up to get it another 100,000 miles!  Ummm no.

Be sure to check back next week for the August Book Review!

Happy Friday!

Happy Friday Amanda! Good time for auto sales- end of current model year & holiday weekends. Have fun truck shopping - I got a new car last year after some lady destroyed my 20 year old car. The "standard" gizmos took me from elementary to college level - mind boggling! Thanks for the info on the pj pants... Enjoy!
