FRIDAY FAVORITES #50.

Well, that went by fast.  Spring Break is coming to an end and while we are super sad about that, it just means that we're this much closer to summer!!  And we pretty much live for summer around here.  And Christmas.  And tacos.  We definitely live for tacos.

As always, I'm linking up with Narci, Andrea and Erika for Friday Favorites so here's what made the cut this week.

A couple of weeks ago, I talked about some sandal and wedge options that I've had my eye on.  I ended up finding two pairs of wedges that I absolutely LOVED.

First up are the Lucky's.  I am so happy with these!!!  They are even better in person and walking in them is easy and comfortable since they have a wide wedge.  They will look great with casual shorts, jeans and capris.
I love cute wedges in the summer but I love slip-on wedges even better.  My shoes are on and off all day long and not having to deal with straps is a plus in my book!

Find them HERE for under $50!

The second pair I ordered were a little dressier.  I ordered them in "blush" and the color is so pretty!  They are tan with just a hint of blush.  They still work as a neutral and I'll probably wear these with my maxi dresses that are always way too long.  They'll also look so pretty with white skinny jeans.

The gold detail adds that extra little something to them.  I normally wear a 7.5 but they were sold out so I got them in an 8 and they fit great.  These are so pretty!

Find them HERE.

I included a few of my other favorite sandals, flip-flops and wedges below.  Just scroll through to see them.

Yesterday Andrea posted about her indoor plants and it got me all inspired to grab some of my own.  I had to run to Walmart for ink for my printer so while I was there I wandered through the gardening section and picked out two plants that looked like they could handle a girl with a black thumb.

I'm still deciding on exactly where they'll live but I snapped some pictures in their potential spots.

I had some comments and emails about what kind of plants these are so I'm adding in pictures of their info.  I don't know a thing about plants so my answer to "what kind of plant is that?" probably would have been "a green one??".  ;)

The Pothos plant is the one in the white planter.

And the one in the wicker basket is this one below with the super long name.

I got both planters at Walmart as well because #newbie.  I had none.  ;)

I texted my mom (who has a major green thumb that I did NOT inherit) and told her about the new additions.  Her exact words to me were "Whatever got into you?!".  She knows me so well.  I feel good about these guys those.  #icandoit

In case you missed it, I started a new series this week!  Yesterday was my first post in the Rewind Series and I recapped our trip the Bahamas on our 4th anniversary in 2009.  We looked so young!

I'm already starting to think about what the next post in the series will cover.  I wish there were iPhones when we had been on some of these trips in our early years.  Especially our honeymoon!  It was amazing but our pictures are severely lacking.

I can't let a Friday Favorites post go by without showing some of the cute stuff that shipped out this week.  All of these are available (unless they've sold out) in the shop!

And for some helpful tips for shopping on Etsy, be sure and check out this post I wrote last year.  I know Etsy can be kind of confusing for newbies so hopefully that'll help some.  :)

Earlier this week, this gem popped up in my Facebook memories and it made me smile.  Matthew wrote this to himself several years ago when Awesomeness was his favorite word ever.

He was clearly not lacking in self-confidence.  ;)

This was my sweet boy at 5:15 yesterday.  Completely exhausted.  As was Abby apparently.

I covered him with a blanket and took pictures because that's exactly what a mom's supposed to do.  ;)

I mean. Sometimes you just need to nap.

That's it for this week's Favorites!  Have a happy weekend!!

UPDATE:  I have a poll going on my Facebook page to see what I should gift in my next giveaway!  Go HERE to vote (and join the group if you haven't yet!).

    1. I've only got it running as a sporadic series right now but I could open it up if people were interested! Keep an eye out on the blog for more info on when the next one will be! (I have no idea when it will be yet! Maybe next week?)

  3. LOVE those wedges! I currently have 2 pairs on the way to me but they do have the strap because I feel I'm not balanced enough to wear them open in the back, lol, but those you got are so freaking cute! Haha I love your Moms response to you about the plants!

  5. I love your shop! I'm seriously considering ordering one of the stainless steel bottles for a trip I have coming up. I have a Brita water bottle with a filter, but it doesn't keep my water cold and sometimes one just needs super cold water! Have a great weekend!

  6. That note your son wrote is hilarious. Good luck with your plants. I struggle to keep plants alive. I bring them to the brink of death and then I have to give them to my Mom and she brings them back to life.

  7. Sorry if I missed it, but what kind of plant is in the white pot? Thanks!

    1. I just updated the post for you with pictures of the little tags that came with them because I had absolutely no clue. I had to go look. ;) The one you are talking about is a Pothos.
